Joe & Amy McKee, are the owners of Healthy Habits and longtime residents of Winter Haven, Florida. As ‘Certified Personal Trainers’, both have dedicated their life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. This couple have been passionate about good health for decades and opened their first store in 2007.

Joe has a certification in Live Blood Analysis, which can give additional perspective on the bodies health.

It’s also worth mentioning that Joe is an accomplished multi-sport athlete, starting with wrestling, both high school and collegiate, then onto duathlons, triathlons and a road racing cyclist.

Joe & Amy’s commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness inspired him to open Healthy Habits. Their dedication to health and wellness has made them respected leaders in their field. Both are equally passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with others and always focused on helping others live their best lives.
